Young Guns!!!! I’m approaching 15 years of knowing and working with @hanyrambod and I must say we have both worked extremely hard. So hard that Hany lost his hair and I’ve grown a damn beard with grey all in it . I’ll challenge anyone to guess the year of this #throwback pic.
Anyway, just wanted to share a timeless image of the greatest trainer of all damn time (19 Olympia wins) and a young, green eyed brotha with actual calves (yes look at them dammit) who at the time was just embracing what the future of becoming a Mr Olympia could hold. Hany, I think we gonna have to do that IG Live soon and share some stories and maybe some home workout footage, oh and a nice Cheat meal with possibly an adult beverage what’d ya say?!
