Mood going into these last 5 weeks of @mrolympiallc2019 prep! 

Παράλληλα προσκλήθηκε να  δώσει σεμινάριο στους Αμερικανούς στρατιώτες στο Κουβέιτ  όπου μίλησε  για την  σωστή διατροφή, την προπόνηση, την ενυδάτωση και τα συμπληρώματα, όπως τονίζει ο Brandon Curry αυτή δεν ήταν μια τυπική εμφάνιση που διοργάνωσαν οι χορηγοί … απλά κάτι που άξιζε να κάνω!

I had a day off the other day, and was invited to go out and pay our fellow American soldiers in Kuwait a visit and conduct a seminar to educate them on proper diet, training, hydration and supplementation while they’re away from their families back at home in the USA! This wasn’t a typical appearance organized by sponsors…just something I was honored to have been invited to do! 
I was blessed by these great people and soldiers, being in their presence. I’m definitely thankful for the freedoms that we have as Americans because of the sacrifices that they make! ???????? Thank you all for having me!
