Another day, another workout and another posing practice with my brother @gonzalogoy . Maybe you’ll think I post too much physique updates, that I’m showing my work to my rivals, etc. The thing is I’m posting this for the people who is inspired by my progress; who rely on this kind of content when they feel weak and want to skip the gym, or to see that it’s possible to reach another level every year if you put in the hard work, focus, dedication. No filters, no crazy lighting, no shit. That’s why I prefer videos than pics; you see movement, transitions, not just poses. This is me showing the work of my life, my physique, and trying to make a difference inspiring others with it. 9 weeks out by the way, trying to hold into my muscle mass and even grow into the show. – – – Otro día, otro entreno, y otra practica de poses con mi her @gonzalogoy . Es lógico que piensen que subo muchos reportes y muestro mucho mi progreso, que lo ven mis rivales, etc. La realidad es que no lo muestro por ellos, sino por todos aquellos a los que inspiro con mi progreso; a los que se apoyan en este contenido cuando se sienten débiles y quieren faltar al gimnasio, o para ver cómo se puede ir alcanzando un nivel más alto cada año con el debido trabajo, concentración, constancia. No hay filtros, luces locas, nada de giladas. Por eso también prefiero subir vídeos antes que solo fotos; así pueden ver movimiento, transiciones, no solo poses reglamentarias. Este soy yo mostrando el trabajo de mi vida entera, mi físico, e intentando hacer una diferencia motivando a otros con eso. #TransformationTuesday ???? Left pic 17th July 2018, right pic 1st July 2019, both times prepping for the same show, so I’m some more weeks out than I was that day in 2018. What do u think? Maybe it’s not the best comparison as the place, lighting, even proportionally they are not both in the same conditions. BUT, u can be sure there’s plenty of hard work between both pictures, and progress is real. – – – #TransformationTuesday ???? A la izquierda una foto del 17 de Julio de 2018, a la derecha una actual del 1 de Julio de 2019. En ambas fotos me preparaba para el mismo torneo, en la misma fecha. Así que en la de la derecha estoy a algunas semanas más todavía que en la otra. Que opinan? Quizás no es la mejor comparación al no ser las mismas luces, en el mismo lugar, hasta puede que las haya puesto medio mal proporcionalmente.
