Dennis James νέο κάταγμα στο αριστερό χέρι ..ζητά υποστήριξη από τους fans

Ξανά στο χειρουργείο ο δημοφιλής bodybuilder Dennis James, μετά το δεξί του χέρι, τώρα έχει σοβαρό πρόβλημα και στο αριστερό χέρι –  από κάταγμα  σκαφοειδούς οστού στον καρπό.
Όπως δηλώνει δεν ήταν η καλύτερη χρόνια για αυτόν,..Well like I said before 2018 was not my best year και το πιο σημαντικό, ζητά βοήθεια από όσους γνωρίζουν για το πως μπορεί να ξεπεράσει το πρόβλημα υγείας  του!

Well like I said before 2018 was not my best year but I’m still in great spirits and still planning on doing great things. I broke my scaphoid bone in my wrist and thankfully the specialist said he wouldn’t do surgery now since it’s a clean straight fracture and the bone is still aligned so as soon as the swelling is down I will be in a cast for a while don’t know the exact time but I’m guessing anywhere for 8 to 12 weeks. There’s still a 10% chance that this bone won’t heal due to low blood support but I have faith in my healing ability. Please comment below if you have experienced anything like this and maybe give me some tips for the next 2 to 3 month.
