Coaches considered as the first responsible for the doping of athletes to the public. According to a survey conducted by the company Alco for the organization "Sports without delay" 34.3% of respondents considered that the use of banned substances responsible technical, 25% drop of the burden of responsibility in the state, 20% to federations and associations, and only 11.3% felt responsible sportsmen.

 When asked about the best way to tackle the problem 52% said that it is the systematic information, 25% chose the stringent sanctions, while 17.7% of the abolition of privileges of champions.

The 68.3% of respondents interested in the sport while 96.6% felt that the doping affects the values of sport. The survey of 1,000 people aged 15-70 years presented at a workshop held
